Synopsis
Jake Mathews messed up yet again— but this time his misstep lands him in the hospital. He wakes up to find the girl of his dreams and the memory of having his deepest secret revealed.

Emily Taylor needs a break. She's been working double shifts as a nurse just to pay the bills while trying to heal a broken heart. The last thing she needs is to fall for a patient.

Strapped with community service and the knowledge that he's disappointed everyone in his life, Jake is determined not to let Emily slip through his fingers. Emily wants Jake, but can she really open herself up to heartache again?

4 out of 5 Hearts!

Review

Such a sweet story of second chances and learning from your mistakes.  Emily has suffered some awful tragedies making it hard for her to trust and let people into her life. Jake has had a pretty easy life and then he really screws up, which leads him to Emily. Jake is drawn to Emily like a moth to a flame, Emily can feel the pull to but she is hesitant. While Jake weasels himself into Emily's life he learns more and more about his "perfect" girl and then he makes yet another mistake and its  DOOZY!

This was such an easy read, I loved Jake & Emily as well as all the supporting characters (Ben & Molly Becca & Gavin from the first two books) If your looking for a light and fun read this is it! In my opinion its the perfect summer beach read. I now want to go back and read the first two book sin the series!!
And Jake is Swoonworthy......

My Song For Emily (and kinda a haha to Jake)

Guest Post from Alyssa Rose
Music and Writing: Music that inspired Wrecked

Music and writing always go hand-in-hand for me. My playlists for each book are different, although the lists for books in the same series often have a similar feel.
The music for Wrecked, like the previous Clayton Falls books, is largely emotionally driven, and more acoustic. One aspect of the Wrecked list that sets it apart, is that it contains more country than usual. This is mostly because Emily is a huge country music fan. I had to include some Dixie Chicks, and Miranda Lambert on there for her, just to name a few.
There's also quite a bit on 90s music thrown in. There's something about Jake that brings me back to that decade. Maybe he just makes me nostalgic. I must have listened to Your Winter by Sister Hazel 500 times, and I even threw on an Everclear song. Yeah, I definitely graduated from high school in the early 2000s.
Other notable music types are some romantic songs that always get me like I'll be by Edwin McCain. It's one of those songs I always make my husband play for me on the guitar.
There are 3 Counting Crow songs on this list, and I listened to Forever by Ben Harper and This Years Love by David Gray to get myself extra emotional.
Here are some of my most played songs from the list:

It's time -Imagine dragons
Love love love -Of monsters and Men
 Your Winter -Sister Hazel
 Your beautiful- James Blunt
 Wide Open Spaces- Dixie Chicks
Wonder wall and When the Stars go Blue -Ryan Adams
Your Body is a Wonderland -John Mayor
Hard To Love - Lee Brice
 Over you -Miranda lambert
 Never Say Never- The Script
 Forever- Ben Harper
Never Going to Leave this Bed- Maroon Five
 I'll be -Edwin McCain
 Wanted-Hunter Hayes
 The Cave- Mumford and Sons
The A Team - Ed Sheeran
 This Years Love- David Gray
 Breathe Me -Sia
 Holiday in Spain- Counting Crows
 Cannon Ball- Damien Rice
 Over- Blake Shelton
Shake it Out- Florence and the Machines
